We do not exchange but we accept return. You may return your item and credit voucher will be refunded for your next purchase. You may use it to purchased your preferred item.
We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition (unused). You will be issued a credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90 days. Delivery fees to return your order, if any, will not be refunded.
Return must be done within 10 working days upon receiving your order.
Returns are provided for all items (except pre order item)
All shipping fee will borne by customer.
New in items only allowed to return. Same value of credit voucher will be given once received return parcel.
Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
You are responsible for the shipping cost and custom duty of returned item.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
